The feature artcle that I have chosen is an interview with rap artist Dizzee Rascal in which he tells us how his life has changed. The interview is set out across the second page which is accompanied by several pictures. The first page of the double page spread has a picture of the artist graffitying on a street wall which shows us that this would have been one of the things that he done when he was younger. The angle that the picture has been taken from and the way he is looking would suggest that he is being watched. A simple shot like this can make the image look more interesting rather than if it was being taken from the center. Also on the second page under the feature article it has two pictures; one of a stereo and the other a group of empty beer bottles. This shows that when he was younger he used to graffiti on walls, drink beer and listen to music.
The title of the article “from tags to riches” shows me the reader that when he was younger he used to be getting in to trouble be taged by the police for all the crimes he had done. Now to be one of the music icons has seriously changed his life leaving behind the criminal and taking on the role model that he now has to be. The title is set out across the top of the second page in a thick black bold writing with the words tags and riches in a much bigger and bolder style. This gives the reader emphasis of the words tags and riches which is clearly what the aim of the article is to do. These words are then followed by a sentence which is set out under the article heading in a much smaller font and not in bold, however this is still bigger than the writing in the article. The magazine use this as a way to make us read on to find out more about what the sentence is about.

This page has been originally set out on a white background but to make it more interesting they have made the background transparent in order to make the article look more appealing to the reader.
